F R E D stands for Football Results Estimating Device.

I grew up in a football family and from a young age I would do accumulator bets with my dad and brother. I loved the rush and excitement, watching all the results come in. Always getting close but not close enough.

As a software developer, I realised that there might be a way to help improve predictions with the magic of ai. Thus fred was born. It utilises machine learning to train models from historic data. If you want to know more about what makes fred tick, then check out his inner workings.

Fred is a passion project that I develop and maintain in my spare time. I publish all the predictions as a bit of fun and expose them for free. So people can have a look and decide what to do with them.
